My Experience at Lucky Casino Ontario Online

Sometimes, even the best Ontario online casinos can be pretty badly designed but I found navigating Lucky Ontario to be relaxing and intuitive. Finding and searching for games was simple, nothing was hidden in a weird place (except the licensing arrangement), and information was presented clearly. Overall, it was no hassle at all to browse around.

At the risk of sounding like an old man I wish the terms and conditions/responsible gambling pages had either a larger font size or a different font. It's not illegible, just a needless strain.

  • What I Liked: Deposits and withdrawals from a minimum of $10
  • What I Didn't Like: Only three supported payment methods
  • My rating: 3.5 out of 5

Editor's Warning: Withdrawal Issues Reported

Last Updated: March 23, 2026

There are no glaring issues at Ontario's Lucky Casino which is probably in part due to the fact it's only been open since 2024 making it a relatively new site. I did my usual checks though. There are only 2 player reviews listed on Trustpilot and both of which were negative and relating to withdrawal issues[1].

I also checked AskGamblers but didn't find anything for the Ontario site (the international site has some complaints but these have been resolved). The last place I checked was the player reviews from CasinoGuru[2]. Most of the recent reviews were positive, but the ones from a year ago complained about poor customer support and very low game payouts. Players should note that individual experiences may vary, and past reviews do not guarantee future outcomes.

Lucky Ontario Casino Bonus

Lucky Ontario does offer a welcome bonus, but details are not provided here to avoid promotional content, in line with AGCO rules. Players should review the terms and conditions directly for any deposit match or free spins promotions.

Games and Software Reviewed

Eighteen developers is a good number, and there are great studios here including, NetEnt, Play'N Go, Evolution (live specialist), Pragmatic Play, and Games Global. The homepage has Popular, New, Slot, and Table Game Categories, (the top left sidebar and top of the homepage is divided into Casino, Live, and Sports).

Searching is available by the game name. Total games of 1,676 is pretty average, but I'll always take quality over quantity. The live casino has 156 games, more than many live dealer Ontario casinos, with blackjack (58 tables), baccarat (41), roulette (31), and other games including new game shows, craps, and poker. The live games are from numerous developers with Evolution providing the lion's share.

I also like that you can filter games by provider, if you go to the developer page then click your preferred option.

Payment Methods at Lucky Casino Ontario

Interac, Visa, and Mastercard are the only supported banking methods. While these are popular choices, it's unusual for an Ontario casino not to support more (such as e-wallets). The deposit and withdrawal minimum is $10; withdrawals below this may incur a fee, while other fees generally do not apply.

Maximum deposits are $2,500 and withdrawals have a maximum of $5,000 (and can only be made with Interac/Visa). There's also a $100,000 monthly withdrawal limit that may be applied, though progressive jackpot wins are exempted.

Customer Support Options

The first port of call for a problem is the Help Desk. Help articles are divided by category, or you can search directly. There's a pretty good number of articles but if these fail to assist then customer support can be contacted. Unfortunately, at Lucky Ontario this seems to only be via live chat, with neither telephone nor e-mail support apparently available. Yes, it's slower, but I quite like e-mail for matters that are not urgent and it's hardly cutting edge tech so its absence is a bit disappointing.

Licensing, Security, Responsible Gambling

I'm slightly surprised that Lucky Ontario doesn't present its licensing info at the footer of each page (which is standard operating procedure) but can confirm it's licensed by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (number OPIG1290291). Player info is protected by means of encryption.

When it comes to responsible gambling, the casino provides players with the capacity to set daily/weekly/monthly limits on deposits and losses. These are good but the absence of a session time limit or time reminder is a shame. Players can also self-exclude for a minimum of 6 months, and I can't help but be surprised there's seemingly no cooling off option (effectively, self-exclusion for a shorter period of time). So while the tools are good they could be a little more comprehensive.

There are also external links to third party organisations that can help with problem gambling, such as ConnexOntario, the RGC, and iGaming Ontario's responsible gambling page.

Lucky Ontario on Mobile

Give me a big screen on a desk any day, but if you prefer smartphone/tablet gaming Lucky Ontario is optimised to work seamlessly on those devices. However, you won't find iOS or Android apps. Some will find this a downside, although because games are specifically designed now to work on mobile devices it shouldn't be a major drawback.

Final Verdict on the Lucky Online Casino for Ontario

Lucky Casino Ontario has features such as straightforward navigation and a variety of developers. Slots are plentiful at online casinos and the live casino is sizeable. The responsible gambling tools available are functional, though they could be more comprehensive.

The casino does not offer mobile apps. Contact e-mail is not available, and only Interac and card options are supported. With no e-wallet or pre-paid options, this may be considered a limitation for some players.
