My Experience at Rivalry Online Casino Ontario

While this doesn't affect players directly I was surprised to see that in May 2025 Rivalry Corp failed to file its records on time for the 2024 fiscal year[1]. It's not the end of the world but it's also not a good look.
More concerning for players is that the TrustPilot ratings are almost all either 5 star or 1 star[2]. This dichotomy of opinions includes customer service, with some praising it and others condemning the customer support of the casino.

I rather like the assortment of software studios providing games at Rivalry Ontario, which includes Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n Go, Red Tiger, and more. However, given that number of developers I was a bit disappointed that there are only 1,148 games. The main categories are All Slots, Hot and New, Table Games, and Live Games. There is a search function for games and providers but, there are no subcategories for slots, just 959 games to scroll through.
It was a nice surprise given the total number of games that the live casino was larger than I expected, with over 180 live dealer games for Ontario players to enjoy. Final Verdict for the Rivalry Online Casino for Ontario
I always like to start a verdict with things I liked, and there seems to be a good set of responsible gambling tools at the Rivalry online casino Ontario, plus more ways than the usual live chat/e-mail to contact customer support. The live casino section is pretty large, as is the FAQs.
But there are so many more little problems. Banking methods are too few, mobile apps seem from search summaries to be there but don't appear to exist. I don't use mobiles for gaming but ambiguity over an app, especially on a site which has sports betting, isn't great.
Rivalry feels more like a sports site with a casino side than the other way around. Having no categorisation for slots, just a dump of 959 games, is not exactly easy for navigation. There isn't a single terrible thing here but a lot of annoying little items that other online casinos in Ontario do better on a regular basis.
