Rivalry Casino Ontario Review Overview

What You Need to Know:

  • Established 2023
  • Interac supported
  • No mobile apps
  • Minimum deposits of $20
  • Array of software studios

The sections below outline what else I liked and what I didn't.

My Experience at Rivalry Online Casino Ontario

I review plenty of casinos and Rivalry Ontario succeeded in being mildly disappointing on many fronts. There's annoying ambiguity (Googling indicates there should be mobile apps yet they're absent) and the supported payment systems are few. Slots can be searched but there are no categories, just a huge heap of 959 games. One exception was the live casino, which is larger than usual.

For players focused mainly on the sports section, the casino offering may feel secondary. There's other Ontario casinos that have more games, better navigation, more banking methods, and mobile apps.

  • What I Liked: The live casino has more games than average
  • What I Didn't Like: Over 1,000 slots with no categories to browse
  • My rating: 2.5 out of 5

Editor's Warning: Very Mixed Reviews on TrustPilot

Last Updated: March 24, 2026

While this doesn't affect players directly I was surprised to see that in May 2025 Rivalry Corp failed to file its records on time for the 2024 fiscal year[1]. It's not the end of the world but it's also not a good look.

More concerning for players is that the TrustPilot ratings are almost all either 5 star or 1 star[2]. This dichotomy of opinions includes customer service, with some praising it and others condemning the customer support of the casino.

Rivalry Casino Ontario Bonus

Rivalry Ontario does have bonuses but because the AGCO considers reporting the details to be promoting them, so I'm not allowed to provide any actual information. Sorry about that, but blame the AGCO, not me. Any available bonus terms are outlined on the casino's own site.

Games and Software Reviewed

I rather like the assortment of software studios providing games at Rivalry Ontario, which includes Evolution, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n Go, Red Tiger, and more. However, given that number of developers I was a bit disappointed that there are only 1,148 games. The main categories are All Slots, Hot and New, Table Games, and Live Games. There is a search function for games and providers but, there are no subcategories for slots, just 959 games to scroll through.

It was a nice surprise given the total number of games that the live casino was larger than I expected, with over 180 live dealer games for Ontario players to enjoy. These are primarily blackjack, baccarat, and roulette, plus game shows, craps, and poker. It's a bit unusual for me to find a casino with a decent-sized live casino but relatively small slots selection, but there we are.

Payment Methods at Rivalry Ontario

According to the help page the only available depositing methods are Visa, Mastercard, and Interac, but the front page also indicates PayPal is accepted. I always like clarity on a casino without the need to login and there's a lack of that here, plus the indicated methods are few in number compared to other AGCO licensed casinos in Ontario.

Another downside is the limits on withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal is $20 and this is capped at $2,750 (also applies to deposits). Verified users can deposit and withdraw $5,500 daily, with a 30 day $25,000 limit. Enhanced users can withdraw and deposit $7,500 each day, with a $50,000 monthly withdrawal cap. I'm not surprised verification is necessary for withdrawals but the limits are a little tight and need approval from Rivalry Ontario in advance. Withdrawals (after a 24hr processing period) may occur from 5 minutes to 48hrs later.

Customer Support Options

Before checking customer support I always look for FAQs/help and the casino has a reasonably large FAQ section. Players can search directly or browse the categories: Rivalry, The Website, Account, Betting, Payments, Promotions, and VIP Program. If that fails to resolve a problem then customer service can be contacted by e-mail or live chat.

There's also an administrative telephone number and physical address, and I like the extra communication channels.

But, as noted earlier, customer support has a very mixed reviews from TrustPilot reviews.

Licensing, Security, Responsible Gambling

Rivalry Ontario has licensing from the AGCO (necessary for legal operation), and security is provided by means of encryption. In addition, players may opt into MFA (multi-factor authentication) for enhanced protection.

I was glad to see the casino has a list of symptoms of problem gambling, as well as tools to set up betting, deposits, and loss limits or to self-exclude on a temporary or permanent basis. The site also provides links to Gamblock and Net Nanny, as well as ConnexOntario.

Rivalry Ontario Mobile Casino

This frustrated me a bit as I fully expected mobile apps to be present. Searching via Google indicates there are iOS and Android apps but clicking the link redirects to the main page. There's a brief mention of a mobile app in 4.7 of the Terms but either they're permanently or temporarily absent right now. Those looking to compare mobile apps can see our list of the best Ontario casino apps.

FAQs

    Minimum deposits are $20.

  • Is it really possible to win money from casinos that operate online in Ontario?

Yes, but players should know the house has the advantage mathematically.

Every regulated casino appears on the iGaming Ontario approved operators list and has licensing from the AGCO.

  • Does Rivalry Ontario accept PayPal?

PayPal is shown on the front page as one of the accepted payment systems.

Players must be aged 19 years or older.

Final Verdict for the Rivalry Online Casino for Ontario

I always like to start a verdict with things I liked, and there seems to be a good set of responsible gambling tools at the Rivalry online casino Ontario, plus more ways than the usual live chat/e-mail to contact customer support. The live casino section is pretty large, as is the FAQs.

But there are so many more little problems. Banking methods are too few, mobile apps seem from search summaries to be there but don't appear to exist. I don't use mobiles for gaming but ambiguity over an app, especially on a site which has sports betting, isn't great.

Rivalry feels more like a sports site with a casino side than the other way around. Having no categorisation for slots, just a dump of 959 games, is not exactly easy for navigation. There isn't a single terrible thing here but a lot of annoying little items that other online casinos in Ontario do better on a regular basis.
