What is Casino Rewards?
Casino Rewards is a loyalty programme that is run by the Casino Rewards Group. There's over 25 casinos and each one of them is involved in the rewards program. You're automatically enrolled once you sign up at any of the casinos and as you play real money games, you'll earn points. The points can then be redeemed for use at the casino.
It's not just about the points though. The Rewards Program has several tiers and as you accumulate points you get to move through the levels. Each level has benefits which can include faster withdrawals, birthday bonuses, dedicated VIP managers, and entries in the TOYL sweepstakes and daily draws.
If you'd like to learn more about how the Rewards Group and VIP program came about, our page on the history of the Casino Rewards Group in Canada has all the information.
How does Casino Rewards work?
The Rewards VIP program is a tier based loyalty rewards system that runs across the network of sites. When you play at any of the casinos you'll earn points and these are all combined into one system. As long as the site you are playing at is part of the Rewards Group, your points will carry over.
If you're playing at Zodiac and decide to play at Yukon Gold, you can and any points you accumulate on either site will be added to your main balance. Once you have 1,000 points you can exchange them for credit that can be used at the casino.
How do you maintain your status level?
There's six standard levels in the Casino Rewards loyalty program along with one exclusive level. To maintain your status you need to earn a certain amount of points each month. For the gold level you need to earn around 4,000 points each month. For the Platinum level you'll need around 40,000 points per month. For the Diamond and Privé levels the amount of points rises.
If you don't meet the right amount of points each month you'll still be a member of the Rewards group. You might just drop a level.
How do you convert Casino Rewards points into bonus cash?
When you reach 1,000 points you'll be able to exchange them for bonus credits. 1,000 points will get you $10. You redeem them in the cashier section of the casino. You cannot cash out your points. They must be used to play games and then you can withdraw your winnings.
