My Experience at Spin Genie Online Casino Ontario

Browsing around SpinGenie casino Ontario I found a few navigational weaknesses. It could be easier to search/filter games, of which there are many (3,832 slots alone), and the customer support telephone number isn't in the Contact section. While mobile apps are available the average review rating could certainly be better.

At the time of writing, the casino has a number of unresolved complaints on AskGamblers. The majority of the complaints relate to payment problems and withdrawal difficulties^[1], and this is going to negatively affect my view of the casino.

Another downside is that the wagering requirement for bonuses can be up to 60x, which is well above average, when compared with a 35x or 40x wagering requirement that is typically applied at other online casinos.

Final Verdict on the SpinGenie Online Casino for Ontario

With great games and a decent banking section, plus independent auditing and excellent responsible gambling tools there's a lot to like about Spin Genie Ontario. But there's also a fair amount in the negative column. The app is not well-rated and the resolution rate of complaints (primarily about withdrawals) is very poor.

It would be nice if navigating the slots were easier, especially as there are so many of them. I'd like to rate it higher than 3, but right now the drawbacks mean I can't give it a higher mark.
