My Experience at BetNova Online Casino Ontario
I found BetNova Ontario to be a bit of a curate's egg. Thirty software studios and hundreds of live casino games is nothing to sniff at, but withdrawals have a couple of potential drawbacks. The pending period's too long, and there's a win cap of $150k. Customer support being well-hidden isn't ideal either, and while mobile apps are indicated as existing I couldn't find them at the time of review.

This is a new Ontario online casino which meant I didn't find any big complaints, but the terms and conditions did include something less than ideal. There's a win cap of $150,000 per day in terms and conditions 12.9. While this is a lot, if someone has a big win the cap will cut this down to size and it means playing jackpot slots is something better done elsewhere.

Games can also be filtered by either provider or volatility and there's a direct search function if you want to hunt for something specific like my favourite: Mercy of the Gods.

I found around 300 live casino games at BetNova, with over 160 blackjack tables alone. Baccarat had more than 70 tables, with 45 for roulette, and 26 different game show options. This is one of the bigger live dealer Ontario casinos I've reviewed.

Comparing a sample of bets it looks like BetNova's a very small margin behind the competitive odds of Bet365, but for a new sportsbook in Ontario, this is to be expected. The view can be toggled between American and European styles and American, fractional, or decimal odds displays.
In the esports wing of the site the games covered include League of Legends, Dota 2, and Counter-Strike, plus Valorant, Mobile Legends, Rainbow Six, Crossfire, Starcraft II, and King of Glory.
Cashing Out and Early Payouts
The live betting section has an overview that enables easy filtering by sport, with an event view or calendar available as well. Both fully and partially cashing out is possible on selected markets and events. Early payouts may also be possible on certain leagues if a team gets far enough ahead at any point.
Deposits & Withdrawals at BetNova Ontario
BetNova supports payments by Visa or MasterCard, and I always like to see the option of Interac, which is also available here. Minimum deposits and withdrawals are both set at $10. Something that put me off was item 12.8 in the terms and conditions that payments are: "subject to internal processing time of up to five (5) business days".
Every online casino has a pending period for processing but up to 5 days is very much on the long side. It is particulary disappointing to see this at a 10 dollar deposit casino. Most of the Ontario low deposit casinos, I've reviewed have a pending period of between 24 and 72 hours.

When it comes to software studios, slots, and live games, there's a lot to like about Bet Nova. I also liked the sports and esports sections, and that deposits and withdrawals have low thresholds. But a five day pending period is just too long to be competitive for a new Ontario online casino site. Most operators have a 24-48 hour pending period. Mobile apps are stated but the links don't work. The $150k daily win cap may be limiting on larger wins.
